||William E. O’Quinn, MD
A native of Branchville, Dr. O’Quinn has been in family practice for more than 41 years in Branchville. He received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and completed his family practice training at Spartanburg General Hospital in Spartanburg, S.C. Dr. O’Quinn has been board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1978. Prior to medical school, he received a bachelor of science degree in biology from Furman University in Greenville, S.C.

Carlson holds a Master of Science degree in physician assistant studies from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C., and has conducted research on technology-based therapy and the influence on social functioning in children with autism spectrum disorders. Prior to her graduate studies, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in French from Mercer University in Macon, Ga. She is affiliated with the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the South Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants, among others.
