Donna Sanford, RN, Named RMC Living the Regional Way Honoree for January


Congratulations to Donna Sanford, RN, the Regional Medical Center’s Living the Regional Way honoree for the month of January.

A member of the RMC family since 2013, Donna works with Dr. Mark Krzyston at RMC Cardiology, 1175 Cook Road. Nominators described Donna as hardworking, dedicated, caring, compassionate, kind, always willing to help anyone, and always going the extra mile for all of her patients. She has been a nurse for more than 40 years.

Donna, a native of Orangeburg, lives in the Bolentown Community with her husband Bert. They have one daughter, Kayla (Richard), and two grandchildren, Carrigan and Rylin. In her spare time, Donna enjoys playing the piano at her church, Two Mile Swamp Baptist in Cope; traveling and spending time with her family.

RMC employees are nominated for Living the Regional Way recognition by their peers. Monthly honorees are selected for the award based on their work performance, professionalism, loyalty and enthusiasm for RMC, and other notable achievements.
