Crystal Hanton Named RMC Living the Regional Way Honoree for May


Congratulations to Crystal Hanton, the Regional Medical Center’s Living the Regional Way honoree for the month of May.

A member of the Regional Medical Center (RMC) family for 12 years, Crystal is an Emergency Medical Technician in the Emergency Department. In her nomination, Crystal was described as a loyal employee who goes above and beyond to care for her department and the patients she serves. She is a true team player and always displays in her words and actions that she is “Living the Regional Way.”

Crystal is a native of Brooklyn, New York, and currently resides in Bamberg. She has two children, Juwan and Jaisha Ransom. She is a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church in Bamberg. In her spare time, she enjoys working with young adults at Bamberg Job Corps Center, where she has served as a residential advisor for 18 years.

RMC employees are nominated for Living the Regional Way recognition by their peers. Monthly honorees are selected for the award based on their work performance, professionalism, loyalty and enthusiasm for RMC, and other notable achievements.
